Each garment is treated individually, washed by hand using fabric-appropriate cleaners, and carefully shaped before drying. There is no agitation, no heat, no tumbling, and no risk of the kind of damage that machine cleaning can cause to delicate fibers.

This service is built for the pieces in your closet that matter most. The vintage dress you inherited, the cashmere sweater that took months to find, the silk blouse you only wear on special occasions. Hand drying is intentionally slower than standard cleaning, and that is exactly the point. Every garment is inspected before any cleaning begins so we can identify the fabric, check the care label, and assess any stains or wear that need special attention. From there, the piece is gently hand washed in temperature-controlled water using cleaners selected specifically for the fabric type.

After washing, the garment is carefully shaped and either laid flat or hung to air dry, depending on what the fabric requires. Knits are reshaped while damp to prevent stretching. Beaded and embellished pieces are dried in positions that protect the embellishments. Silks are dried away from direct heat or sunlight to preserve their color and finish. The result is a garment that comes back clean and fresh without losing its shape, color, or texture.

Most dry cleaners do not offer true hand dry service. Some claim to but still process delicate garments through standard machines on a gentle cycle, which is not the same thing.
